General Terms of Sale All quotations are submitted without obligation. Prices are exclusive of packing, carriage and V.A.T. and are subject to change without prior notice. Delivery times are estimated and requests for indemnity against delays will not be accepted. Terms of payment: 30 days net period account unless otherwise stated. Payment by a draft in Swiss Francs on a bank in Switzerland or by check only. Shipments are at the risk of the consignee. All complaints must be notified within 14 days of the date of invoice.		For special items, we reserve the right to deliver plus 15% of the ordered quantity, or plus 2 pieces for small orders. Minimum Invoicing CHF. 50.-- for Switzerland, CHF.100.-- for abroad.
